Of the three tablets studied, only tablet A showed a significant correlation between the percentage of dissolved acetazolamide and its blood level. Maximal miosis of tablet A lasted four hours while that of tablets B and C approximately two hours. Of the eleven pharmacokinetic and bioavailability parameters investigated, only the distribution constant of tablet B was significantly greater than that of the other two tablets. text
