Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo is one of goverment hospital that provide eyes health care service that implement information technology to support its business process, such as Hospital information system (medical record, billing system, accounting) and Multimedia (Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo site) that handled by Information Technology Division. But, its business process doesn’t fully support by information technology and it hasn’t information technology usage plan. That’s why information technology strategy planning is needed to provide value added such as competitive advantage. This thesis study how planning strategy of information technology, by analysis SWOT ( Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) what result used to produce some suggestion of strategy of information technology by using method of IT-Balanced Scorecard of structured comprehensively, coherence, well-balanced, and measured to be seen from in perspective of company contribution, customer orientation, operational excellence, and future orientation. From IT-Balanced Scorecard that arrange, than a strategy map mad that clearly show connection between vision, mission, and strategy of Information Technology Division, also whole its strategy goal and the point of perspective (corporate contribution, user orientation, operational excellence, andfuture orientation).
