Jamu A and Jamu B at the dose of 325 mg/kg body weight produced 80percent and 60percent anti implantation activity respectively within group. <br /> <br /> <br /> At the term of pregnancy, the litters delivered failed to show gross abnormalities at all dose levels ( 325, 650 and 1300 mg/kg body weight ) . <br /> <br /> <br /> The in vitro study demonstrated that only Arecae Semen has been found to produce contraction of the isolated non gravid rat uterus. <br /> text
