Description
Summary:Biofuel actors from university have different pattern of modulation. These differences influence biofuel knowledge production and circulation in Indonesia, and scientist role as a learning agent in the society.

This research examines how biofuel actors from university modulate, make engagement, and interact with other actors. Actor-Network Theory (ANT) is selected based on actors heterogeneity which involve in biofuel development. Through this research, it shows how material artifact influence human decision, and in the same time, how human assessment on material artifact influence technology policy. Beside ANT, this research also adopts some concepts from Social Construction of Technology.
