Work that involves heavy equipment and lifting process is the one of the most factors causing work-related fatality in construction sector. The implementation of risk management needs to be done to identify and manage risks as early as possible to fulfill the worker's rights to safety and health. The study aimed to evaluate occupational safety and health risk management during erection girder at Ciawi - Sukabumi section 2 Toll Road Project. This was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional research design which was conducted from July 2020 to September 2020. The population of this study was 29 people with a total population sampling method. The variables analyzed in this study were hazard identification, risk assessment, risk evaluation, control assessment, and residual risk. The results of this study indicated that there were 64 potential hazards with 47% high risk, 37% medium risk, and 16% low risk. Based on the ALARP concept, high and medium risks must be controlled to become acceptable risk. Risk control that has been implemented was administration and personal protective equipment. After control, it was found the remaining risk was 7% high risk, 63% medium risk, and 30% low risk. The conclusion of this study was the implementation of risk management for work accidents during erection girder at Ciawi - Sukabumi section 2 Toll Road Project still left residual risk that need to be lowered to acceptable risk. The recommendations are to carry out risk management by involving representative workers, doing review periodically, supervise and impose sanctions for workers who didn’t use personal protective equipment properly. 1. Work that involves heavy equipment and lifting process is the one of the most factors causing work-related fatality in construction sector. The implementation of risk management needs to be done to identify and manage risks as early as possible to fulfill the worker's rights to safety and health. The study aimed to evaluate occupational safety and health risk management during erection girder at Ciawi - Sukabumi section 2 Toll Road Project. This was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional research design which was conducted from July 2020 to September 2020. The population of this study was 29 people with a total population sampling method. The variables analyzed in this study were hazard identification, risk assessment, risk evaluation, control assessment, and residual risk. The results of this study indicated that there were 64 potential hazards with 47% high risk, 37% medium risk, and 16% low risk. Based on the ALARP concept, high and medium risks must be controlled to become acceptable risk. Risk control that has been implemented was administration and personal protective equipment. After control, it was found the remaining risk was 7% high risk, 63% medium risk, and 30% low risk. The conclusion of this study was the implementation of risk management for work accidents during erection girder at Ciawi - Sukabumi section 2 Toll Road Project still left residual risk that need to be lowered to acceptable risk. The recommendations are to carry out risk management by involving representative workers, doing review periodically, supervise and impose sanctions for workers who didn’t use personal protective equipment properly. 1.
