The converting religion as one of her defense mechanism is an addition value for this study because it is rarely found any example of woman characters in other movies which converts her religion to cope with her anxiety toward polygamy. The writer of this study uses Freud's psychoanalysis such as anxiety and defense mechanism as the main theory to analyze the narrative aspect of this film. |
