Infection only one serotype will give immunity to one serotype is concerned, but does not provide cross- immunity. This study aims to determine the immunogenicity of dengue virus (DENV-l, DENV-2, DENV-3 and DENV-4) inactive as a candidate dengue cocktail vaccine. This study used 18 mices were divided into three treatment groups, PO immunized 0.5 cc PBS, PI immunized with cocktail of dengue virus (DENV-l, DENV-2, DENV-3 and DENV-4) inactive as much as 0.5 cc TCIDsol07 , P2 immunized cocktail of dengue virus (DENV-l, DENV-2, DENV-3 and DENV-4) inactive as much as 0.5 cc TCIDso108. At day 0,7,14 and 21 days of 18 mice that had been treated blood drawn to determine the levels of immunoglobulin M and G with indirect elisa method. On day 28, the treatment group PI and P2 in the challenge test with a cocktail immunized with dengue virus (DENV-l, DENV-2, DENV-3 and DENV -4) inactive 0.5 cc TCIDso108 for the presence of viremia. The results of this study are significant differences (p<0.05) between the groups PO (control), PI and P2 in terms of inducing titers of immunoglobulin (Ig M, Ig G, Ig GIA, Ig G2a and Ig G2B ) .
