effectiveness of lecture method with audio visual on students' knowledge in assessing sign and symptoms, determining the level of severity and classification, determining procedure and medication, counseling provision, as well as the provision of treatment and foliow up in COM!. This study used quas i-experimental design. The independent variable was lecture method with audio visual, while the dependent variable was knowledge on COMI implementation among Nursing Academy students. Samples were
recruited using non-probability purposive sampling. Results showed that lecture method with audio visual was more effective in determining sign and symptoms (p = 0.005) and counseling provision (p = 0.006), while other implementations showed similar effectiveness, i.e., determination of severity and classification (0.915), determination of procedure and medication (0.156), and treatment and foliow up (0.062). The knowledge of Nursing Academy students on COM! Implementation has similarly increased after either being given with lecture method with audiovisual or with lecture method only.
