Summary:This aim of this research is the addition of salam leaf powder (Syzigium polianthum)in addition feed for cholesterol level on meat of hybrid drake has been already gotten laserpuncture. This research was used 24 samples. The research method was completely randomized design. The research were consist of two group, the first group was control group for laserpuncture 0,2 J for 20 seconds without adding salam leaf powder and the second group was treat group for laserpuncture 0,2 J for 20 seconds with adding 5% salam leaf powder. To analyze the results of laboratory test data using test in SPSS software. The results were show that significance different between control group and treat group. Conclusion is adding 5% salam leaf powder can decrease cholesterol level meat of hybrid drake.
