This research was used 24 samples. The research method was completely randomized design. The research were consist of two group, the first group was control group for laserpuncture 0,2 J for 20 seconds without adding salam leaf powder and the second group was treat group for laserpuncture 0,2 J for 20 seconds with adding 5% salam leaf powder. To analyze the results of laboratory test data using test in SPSS software. The results were show that significance different between control group and treat group.
