Description
Summary:The research is conducted to determine the effect of Curcuma and Mangosteen peel infusion for dry and organic material digestibility on Broiler with heat stress condition. The material that used in this research is 20 Broilers. The experiment was arranged in completely randomized design in four treatment 0% Curcuma and Mangosteen peel infusion, 5% Curcuma infusion, 5% Mangosteen peel infusion, combinaton 2.5% Curcuma infusion and 2.5% Mangosteen infusion. Variable measured were dry and organic material digestibility. Data’s were subjected to analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the completely randomized design. Statistical analysis showed that the treatment did not significantly influence (p > 0.05) for dry and organic material digestibility on Broiler heat stress condition. The conclusion are the addition 5% of Curcuma (Curcuma xanthorriza Roxb.) and Mangosteen peel (Garcinia mangostana L.) infusion can not increase dry and organic material digestibility on Broiler heat stress condition.
