Summary: | The research was aimed to compare egg yolk skim and soybean lecithin diluter after sentrifugation. Comparison both diluter measured by nuclear DNA damage of Simental bull spermatozoa. All parameter were measured before and after sentrifugation. Apoptotic sperm nuclear damage was measured by TUNNEL assay metode using Apo-BrdU-IHCTM In Situ DNA Fragmentation Assay Kit. The result of evaluation of nuclear DNA damage showed significant difference (p<0,05), it was perhaps caused by the composition of soybean lecithin diluter was more complete with the present of antioxidant. The result of spermatozoan quality measurement showed there were no significant difference except for the motility that showed significant difference before sentrifugation (p<0,05). |
