The purpose of this research was to study the pathogenesis of Trypanosoma evansi isolate from Sumba and to identification of Trypanosoma evansi using differences primers with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) methode. This study used 12 rats (Rattus norvegicus) strain Sprague dawley was divided into two replications. P1: Trypanosoma evansi was infected in rats (Rattus norvegicus) with 1x101 of dose infections and P2: Trypanosoma evansi was infected in rats (Rattus norvegicus) with 1x104 of dose infections. Trypanosoma evansi isolate Sumba with the different infection dose can be decrease the blood glucose and PCV. Rats with high dose infection (P2), the decrease until to the extent of normal value. Trypanosoma evansi isolate Sumba was detected on the first day of the infection in both doses using primer ITS1 and TBR1/2. 2017 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/66722/1/TPKMV.10.17%20.%20Kum.p%20-%20ABSTRAK.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/66722/2/TPKMV.10.17%20.%20Kum.p%20-%20SEC.pdf DIASTUTIK AGUSTINA KUMALASARI, 061424253010 (2017) PATOGENESIS Trypanosoma evansi ISOLAT SUMBA (372) PADA TIKUS PUTIH (Rattus novergicus) DAN IDENTIFIKASI MENGGUNAKAN PRIMER BERBEDA DENGAN METODE Polymerase Chain Reaction.
