Thirty six male mice were divided into six groups. C- as negative control group without infection, C+ as positive control infected by 1x105 of Plasmodium berghei in 0,2 ml, C1 as control group administered with chloroquine 25mg/kgBW, C2 administered with conventional juwet leaves extract 600mg/kgBW, T1 administered with nanoparticle juwet leaves extract600mg/kgBW, T2 administered with chloroquine 25mg/kgBW and nanoparticle juwet leaves extract 600mg/kgBW as adjuvant therapy. The data of mice kidney histopathological changes was analyzed using Kruskall Wallis and continued with Mann-Whitney test. Nanoparticles juwet leaves extract was measured by SEM and obtained a particle size of 936-952 nm.The results of statistical analysis showed significant difference (p<0,05) between treatment group for the interstitial inflammation and tubular necrosis examination, but there are no significant difference (p>0,05) between treatment group for the congestion examination.
