The objective of this study is to analyze how job transition affects movement capital which consists of four dimensions, namely human capital, self awareness, social capital, and adaptability. Besides, movement capital affects perceived employability and turnover intention. Using 137 employees of PJB Services as respondents which millennial generation as main criteria. The surprising finding was job transitions which consists of internal and external, have insignificant effect in predicting employee’s movement capital.
