Summary:In this study the method used is in-depth interviews to identify the company's current quality management system, PDCA in the current material management and analyze risks as a consideration in making a new PDCA process improvement plan for continuous improvement at PT INDONESIA MARINA SHIPYARD. The results of this study indicate that there are several risks that occur at the company's current PDCA, by improving the material management process in a quality management system that enables the company to carry out continuous improvement. This material has an important role in completing the ship repair project according to customer demand. Material elements are considered very influential on customer satisfaction because it is the main ingredient needed in repairs in accordance with the demand and damage on the ship. The availability and suitability of material is a key factor so that the repair project can be carried out properly and on time.
