Summary:The purpose of this study was to see the effect of storage positions at different temperatures and positions on the quality of mojosari duck eggs. Duck eggs are divided into four treatments. This study was observed for twenty-one days. Data analysis using Factorial Completely Randomized Design. From the results of the twenty-one day study, it can be seen that from the four treatments there were significant differences. the significant difference was seen in the yolk index and haugh unit whereas in the egg white index there was no significant difference in the four treatments. From this study it can be concluded that storing eggs for twenty-one days can reduce the quality of duck eggs.
