In order to find out the optimum activity of fibrinolytic on Bacillus sphaericus BM 9.1, liquid method of crude enzyme is employed through incubation at the temperature of 30, 40, 50, 60, 70°C and at pH 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 for 24 hours. It is, then, analyzed using Two Way Anova.
