The Hylocereus polyrhizus peel extract administration significantly increased the thickness of seminiferous tubular ephitelium, number of leydig cells and spermatogenic cell in lead acetate-induced testicular toxicity. The Hylocereus polyrhizus peel extract could be used as the protector in lead acetate-induced testicular toxicity.
