Summary: | Property or real estate investment is one form of investment that is quite appealing and
promising, and became one of the favored forms of investment with relatively low risk factors,
long-term with a high return rate.
Housing needs in East Java is estimated to reach 590 000 units, while the ability to demand
compliance by the developer is still far from the market demand of about 60,000 to 70,000 units
per year.
In the face of a pretty tight competition in the property industry today, developers are required to
be sensitive to face the situation in the market, as a newcomer to this role in the property
industry, PT. Andika Bumi Pratama tries to formulate a strategy to compete in the first and last
role in industry was able to hold property in the future. Therefore, the formulation of the problem
in this case is: "Is the strategy formulation of PT. Andika Bumi Pratama effective enough? "
By using SWOT analysis method to identify and analyze the internal environment of the
strengths and weaknesses owned PT. Andika Bumi Pratama and using SWOT matrix to Identify
and analyze the external environment of opportunities and threats faced by PT. Andika Bumi
Pratama.
This study aims to determine whether the strategy of PT. Andika Bumi Pratama in the Bumi
Pratama Asri housing market is quite effective so as to enhance the competative advantage of
the company in order to survive in the property industry. Furthermore to determine whether
strategies that are relevant for developers to play on the segment of medium properties.
The study is expected to be applied to the next stage of project development in other areas and to
be used as an illustration for the new developers entering the property industry. |
