Three kilos Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) is a subsidized domestic fuel distributed by PT Pertamina (Persero), in cooperation with private distributors such as PT Putra Pertam Jaya (PT PPJ). This research aimed to evaluate the implementation of supply chain management in PT PPJ, identify its supporting and insupporting factors, and also inventoring the tasks that should be done in order to implement supply chain management in PT PPJ. The sources of this research's data are primary data such as interview and direct observation, and also secondary data which are literature study and annual report. Those data will be analyzed with qualitative descriptive method, according to the goal of the research. The results of this research shows that the low cost strategy, which is the most correct supply chain management for three kilos LPG product, has not been implemented yet. This failure coincide with the lack of product-design concept implementation for this product, that is subsidized goods sold in commercial prices. So, the solution for this problem is the recoordination of three kilos LPG supply chain.
