Summary: | Tanjung Bira area in Bulukumba regency has the potential for enormous tourism
products to be developed. However, the creation of the negative image about this region
causing poor the quality of tourism product in this region when the other hand seen an
increase in the number of visits from year to year. Improving the quality of tourism
products is expected to increase satisfaction and motivation to come back so that it can
cause a direct effect on the region.
This research aims to find how the quality of tourism product that avalaible can
show its ability to influence the satisfaction and motivation to visit again of foreign tourists.
Furthermore, to find the factors that influence to the satisfaction and return visit motivation
of foreign tourist in the destination. The research method is used descriptive quantitative
and qualitative, with the locus of Tanjung Bira area in Bulukumba regency.
The research findings are : (1) Tanjung Bira area has a quality tourism product
that is not good so (2) Not providing optimum satisfaction to foreign tourists (3) So that
affect the level of motivation of foreign tourists to visit again who are only motivated to
make repeated visits (4) Sequentially, the most influential of foreign tourist satisfaction are
the quality of tourist attraction, quality of accecibility, quality of services/human resources,
quality of amenities/tourism support facility, and quality of prices (5) And the most direct
influential of motivation to visit again of foreign tourist sequentially are quality of
accecibility, quality of services/human resources, quality of tourist attraction, quality of
amenities, and quality of prices. |
