This is related to change in the mechanism/procedure and the use of ICT in the public service. Readiness institutions (BBKKP) in the use of ICT is unknown. This led to the use of ICT in the Public Services Unit did not have a clear strategy and direction. It is therefore necessary to evaluate the readiness to get an idea about the readiness BBKKP the use of ICT. This research aims to identify and assess the level of readiness in the use of ICT in UPP BBKKP. Readiness evaluation is done using the e-readiness assessment models developed by Mutula and Brakel which consists of five segments, namely are information readiness, ICT readiness, enterprise readiness, human resources and the external environment readiness readiness Research tools used in the form of a questionnaire with the number of respondents 88 people. The results showed that the use of ICT readiness BBKKP seen in five segments readiness are all on a scale of 3 quite ready.
