Engagement is a positive, attitudes and point of view related to work which characterized by mental strength (vigor), dedication and absorbtion. Organization climate is perception of nurses about the perceived internal working environment either directly or indirectly, to influence behavior. Quality of work life is employees satisfaction which consisted of two primary needs: lower and higher order needs. Lower-order consisted needs of health/safety and economic/family. Higher-order consisted needs of social, self esteem, self actualization, knowledge and aesthetic needs. The study used nurses with more than six months work at hospital X Semarang, were divided into two group, thirty nurses for tryout and seventy five nurses for research respondents. The tools of data collection used a questionnaires which were consisted of questionnaire to measure engagement (UWES), to measure organization climate (OCQ), and to measure quality of work. Data analysis used multiple regression techniques. The results showed that value of R = 0,484, F = 10,984 with p = 0,000 (p <0,01), means that quality of work life and organizational climate jointly able to predicted work engagement, so that the research hypothesis is accepted.
