characteristics approaches of the existing level crossing are still rare and undeveloped,
especially in Indonesia. In relation to this, necessary to have a study to assess the risk
based on the characteristics of level crossing so the priority treatment for crossing can be
done more effectively in accordance with the problems of the existing condition of each
crossing.
In this research, an analysis of existing conditions level crossing based on
Australian Level Crossing Assessment Model (ALCAM). Research was conducted in 2
(two) level crossing there are JPL 349 on Ipda Tut Harsono Street and JPL 739 on Hos
Cokroamnioto Street of Yogyakarta by observing the existing characteristics of the
crossings. Data of characteristics of level crossing that has been collected and processed
to obtain a value of Likelihood, Exposure and Consequences of level crossings that the
known amount of risk at each crossing are studied. Risk assessment results are then used
to organize the level crossing and determine priorities for treatment done.
Based on the results of research at level crossing JPL 349 Ipda Tut Harsono street
obtained the value of Likelihood is 152, exposure is 95,700 smpk and the consequences is
3, so the amount of the risks is 43,639,200. While on level crossing JPL 739 Hos
Cokroaminoto street, Likelihood value is obtained by 110, the value of exposure is 73
455 smpk and consequence is 2, that value risk amounted to 16,160,100. Level crossing
with the highest risk value is the level crossing get the highest priority on treatment of
characteristics condition. |
