Summary:This study aimed to explore how self-promotion strategies of job hopper so that the movements has increased the career. This study used the phenomenological perspective in processed the data. Informants in this study were five people from variety of industrial backgrounds. Three partisipants are women and two others are men. Interviews were conducted with in-depth interview method to obtain the depth information from informants. The study findings suggest three broad dimensions of self-promotion strategies that matched the reference point, build competencies, and networking.
