Summary: | Resettlement plan of Adi Sutjipto Yogyakarta airport appears due to the lack of
land for airport development. Currently, the number of passengers at the airport Adi
Sutjipto is over 4 million/year, while its available capacity is 1.5 million/year. Passenger
growth at the airport was recorded 12% and the flight growth was 8%. To provide good
service, the resettlement of the airport needs to be done. The results of the study PT.
Angkasa Pura I found that the ideal location is in the Kulon Progo area (Palihan Temon).
What considered as the best of the proposed location to another is because the location is
in an area with a small slope and has a good safety of flight operations. The distance from
Yogyakarta airport is approximately 45 km. According to the distance and the number of
potential passengers, it will develop an effective and efficient mass transport both in time
and cost, because without a good mass transportation, the airport would be difficult to be
accessed and the large number of private vehicles could burden the road. Mass rail
transport is the most effective and efficient. Therefore, the development of train line to
the airport in the district Kulonprogo was proposed.
In this research, an analysis of the factors in the selection of the railway line.
Multi-criteria analysis of several criteria be weighted by the method of Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP). The criteria are weighted technical (geological and
topographical conditions, alignment design, traffic impact, ease of implementation),
economic (economic benefits, financial, funding requirements), environmental (nature
preserve cultural, social conflict, physical) and spatial (suitability RTRW , development
of the area). Respondents are directly related experts (Ditjen Perkeretaapian, Bappeda,
Dishub dan PT.KAI) are those who really know about the issues discussed and that have
an influence in terms of policy as well as to provide input to the determination of the
criteria. In addition to the experts, the respondents also came from passenger trains-planes
at the airport Adi Sutjipto.
The results showed that the most important factor in determining the train line to
the airport is 14.12% nature preserve culture, the development of 13.44%, 10.90%
economic benefits, social conflicts 10.66%, 10.56% compliance RTRW , financial 7.13%,
6.99% physical, traffic impact of 6.56%, 5.89% funding requirements, ease of
implementation 4.87%, 4.51% alignment design, the last is the geological and
topographical 4.29 %. Alternative alignment is passing through the station Kedundang
trace (trace A), trace through Wates Station (trace B), trace through Kalimenur Station
(trace C) and trace through town Bantul (trace D). Results of the assessment criteria for
alignment with the priorities obtained alignment was passing through town Bantul
alignment that has the highest value. Researcher has conducted an objective analysis of
the conditions and problems on the field and found that the highest average weight was a
trace passing Kedundang Station. The weight was assessed from technical, operational
and environmental. |
