Job satisfaction is about perception of their jobs and the degree to which there is a good fit between the individual and the organization. Perceived organizational support is a set of global belief that employees develop concerning the extent to which the organization values their contribution and cares about their wellbeing. Quality of work life is a process which an organization responds to employees' needs by developing mechanism to allow them to fully participate in decision making that and turn will significantly impact on their life at work. This study examine whether or not Perceived Organizational Support, Work Satisfaction and Quality of Work Life influence on Affective Organizational Commitment. This study used quantitative methods by collecting data using questionnaires. This study have just planned to involve 81 employees. Data from this study were analyzed using regression technique. Results indicated a significant relationship between perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, quality of work life and organizational affective commitment with F=6,802, P=0,000 (P<0,01).
