Participants of this study were 42 Call Center staffs of the banking industry, which 35 staffs responded to a questionnaire composed of measures of career development program, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Main results from regression analysis showed that career development program significantly lowering turnover intention, job satisfaction significantly lowering turnover intention, and there was positive and significant effect between career development program and job satisfaction. Results from multiple regression analysis based on Baron & Kenny (1986) method in defining whether a variable is a mediator, showed that job satisfaction exerts a mediational effect in the relation between career development program and turnover intention.
