Summary: | This research aims to find out mediation effect of job stress between work
family conflict and job performance in RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. In this
strudy work family conflict is devided into two dimension, work interfering with
family (WIF) and family interfering with work (FIW). This research use mediation
regression have explained by Baron and Kenny (1986) and primaty data was
collected by using the questionnaire instrument, whereas secondary data
collection was carried out by the method of obsevation and organization literatur
review. Data processing and regression analysis used the IBM SPSS Statistics 21
software. Result in this ressearch revealed that job stress trust partially mediated
the relationship between work interfering with family (WIF) and job performance,
and fully mediated the relationship between family interfering with work (FIW)
and job performance. |
