Summary:Background: Healthy school feeding was the potential access to healthy food for school children at low price that supports the growth, development and health. Strong participation of community, and ownership of teachers, parents and school children was important in order to achieve sustainability of healthy school feeding Objective: To determine the provision of healthy school food and the form of schools, parents and community involvement Methods: This study was a qualitative case study design in public schools in rural areas that implement the provision of healthy school food, the data obtained from in depth interviews, focus group discussions, observation and study of several documents at school. Results: Healthy school feeding was carried out with the school, parents and community partnership. Students eat local foods. Principal has made healthy eating school provision. Teachers teach healthy eating behavior and act as school feeding manager. Parents provide funds and implement healthy eating provision. Experienced cook�s woman village, male dan female village organization provide and serve healthy food in school Conclusion: This study showed that healthy school feeding in public schools could be carried out used local food, healthy eating policy and enganging teacher, parents and community. Experienced cook�s woman village, male dan female village organization could be involved to provide and serve healthy school food.
