Summary: | Concrete-mixing is the process of mixing the constituent materials of concrete - which is greatly affecting the quality of the concrete. A constituent material of concrete consists of several components: sand, cement, gravel, and water. The time of concrete-mixing implementation is based on the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards, while in operation, operators often make mistake in recording the time because they still rely on the stopwatch as a reference, so the concrete testing results are less valid. To overcome this problem, a control panel should be used to help the operation.
With a control panel, operators have no need to record the time when the engine is off and on again because there is an automatic timer on the panel. The control panel is divided into two parts. The main part consists of the MCB, timers, relays and magnetic contactor. Another part consists of a push button lid, indicator lamp, selector switches and detent switches.
This device control panel is designed to simplify concrete-mixing operating system and will be associated with concrete-testing so that the test results will be valid and reliable, with the time-length of concrete-mixing process that must be in accordance with the prescribed standards � the ASTM Standards for concrete and aggregate. |
