Astra Nippon Gasket Indonesia take attention to the product quality and production efficiency. Industry development in Indonesia today demanded the company to be able to compete with the same company, so as to improve the quality of the product and the amount of product will always be considered.
In the production process in the making of parts is not always run smoothly, many problems can be found in the path, so that these problems can interfere with the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process. Issues raised in the making of parts can be determined by looking at the data daily production reports or it called the Daily Labor Report. From the data there is a high downtime on the process of setting requires a lot of time due to non-production while calling that have to walk back and forth to call the leader or dandori. To reduce production downtime caused by calling dandori leader and then make an instrument in the form of caller andon lights as a solution or dandori leader in calling for operator ease.
The result of this evaluation indicate that the andon lamp products can increase productivity, lowering costs up to Rp. 26.52 million per month. Also, it can save energy operator to call the leader or dandori. The result will be focusing operator to operate the machine so that the quality of the product is maintained |
