represents PLN�s effort to reach businesss goals to be a modern, moving-forward
and independent company which able to compete against their competitors. Along
with PLN�s effort to reach the goals, PLN requires a strategic plan for planning,
developing, implementing and controlling Human Resources to ensure that the
requirement of the company suits to quantity and competence of their employees
in effective and economic way.
In order to succeed the implementation of Master Plan of Information Technology
and to reach the company goals, Research need to be performed to evaluate
correlation of the implementation of srategic plan of Information Technology
Master Plan and Human Resources requirement. The research itself requires data,
i.e. curricullum vitae of employee, statistical data of company and data of
employees competence. Those data are obtained by distributing some
questioners.From the result of the research, PT PLN Distribution of Central Java
and and D.I Yogyakarta requires a strategy, specially to prepare employee
managing the application software for suppoting business process in the company
in order to succesfully implement the Master Plan of Information Technology
according to goals of the company.
strategy The recommended is that the company management shall commit to
consistenstly do mapping the employees, analyzing the competency gap among
the employees, recruiting employees, enhancing the employee�s competence and
fasilitating certification for employe specially to employee assigned for operation
and maintenance of the process business application software |
