YOGYAKARTA) , Dwi Suryo Abdullah , Prof. Adi Susanto, M.Sc., Ph.D ETD Master Plan of Information Technology planned by PT PLN (Persero) , state owned electric company, Distribution of Central Java and DI Yogyakarta represents PLN�s effort to reach businesss goals to be a modern, moving-forward and independent company which able to compete against their competitors. Along with PLN�s effort to reach the goals, PLN requires a strategic plan for planning, developing, implementing and controlling Human Resources to ensure that the requirement of the company suits to quantity and competence of their employees in effective and economic way. In order to succeed the implementation of Master Plan of Information Technology and to reach the company goals, Research need to be performed to evaluate correlation of the implementation of srategic plan of Information Technology Master Plan and Human Resources requirement. The research itself requires data, i.e. curricullum vitae of employee, statistical data of company and data of employees competence.
