the main duties and functions of RDPR, which coordination process is structured
from superiors to subordinates, and subordinates working under the orders from
superiors. the form of coordination in RDPR Sleman Regency uses the principle
of kinship, so that they do not only think of the problem in their own field. Its
often conducted a meeting inter division to discuss the problems in a particular
field. In the meeting held, all of participants can express their own opinion even
though they are only a staff, but they still remain to concern about the ethics in
delivering their opinion. There are two kinds of coordination in RDPR Sleman
