Earlier study show that perceived supervisory support, procedural justice and emotional stability have a relation with quality of work-life (QWL). This study use QWL concept, which definition is about the degree to which the full range of human needs is met. The aim of the study was to know how perceived supervisory support, procedural justice, and emotional stability as one of Big Five Personalities can influence QWL. Questioner was used as a tool to measure perceived supervisory support (PSS), procedural justice (KP), and emotional stability (KE). Sample was choosen by convenience sampling technique, and involving 108 employees from Public Bank in Yogyakarta. Data was analyzed using multiple regression technique. As a result, all of three independent variables had significant influence to quality of work-life (R= 0,683, R2= 0,467, F= 30,387, p<0,01). Result showed the best predictor for quality of work life is perceived supervisory support (p<0,01) and procedural justice (p<0,01).
