Thus the power consumption required is not much use as fuel oil, boiler used
30Ton/TBS FFB capacity to produce 21.8 tons of vapor steam / hour so that it can turn a
turbine with a capacity of 34 Kg / Kw so it can produce power of 600KwH , while the
power required for 750KwH in the processing plant, the power shortage in the suply of
generator in parallel with the turbine.
The plant uses two turbines and two generators, turbine 1 is used as a processing
engine in parallel with the turbine generator 1 while 2 as a backup if dala processing there
is damage to the turbine generator 1 while the second is used for domestic power
generation for residential now stop processing plant, the generator 2 is used for domestic
power required for 125Kwh during operation stop the use of steam power generator's
operating costs in the manufacturing of palm oil processing. |
