Summary: | This research is aimed to give empirical data on the influence of employee
development, working environment and transformational leadership style on
organizational commitment at PB Taxand, a tax consulting firm based in Jakarta.
The three independent variables were the results of previous internal survey
conducted at PB Taxand and to be examined whether it has positive and
significant influence on organizational commitment, that is very important for PB
Taxand to be able to deliver its services excellently to the clients.
Sample selection conducted through purposive sampling with the
provisions that professional staffs have worked for at least 1 year in the company,
with a consideration during the period staffs have explored various assignments
and could give more valid opinions. The sample used amount 78 people.
The result shows that working environment is the variable that influences
the organizational commitment positively and significantly at PB Taxand, while
employee development and transformational leadership style do not influence the
organizational commitment significantly at PB Taxand. |
