Summary: | This study aims to look at the value chain analysis (value chain) in a furniture
company named d-Bodhi that is located in Bantul, Yogyakarta.
This study shows that it needs to improve their activities in the value chain
(value chain) which requires more integrated study in the concept of building
block in the value chain, which uses four basic concepts, they are: efficiency,
innovation, quality, and customer responsiveness, so it can be concluded that
every improvement in one activity will assist and support the subsequent
activities. From all of this analysis, it shows that d-Bodhi enhances more in the
differentiation strategy. Then, due to d-Bodhi is a green strategy company in
which the strategy is differentiation, therefore in order to be superior to the
competitors that already exist in Indonesia, the d-Bodhi develops better and
more unique green strategy of the product as well as the operation process, so as
in the future it can be accepted and can compete in Indonesia, and d-Bodhi will
win the competition. |
