PERBANDINGAN PENGINDUSIAN ANTARA TASKTECHNOLOGY FIT (TTF) DAN PERSON-JOB FIT (PJF) KE DALAM MODEL DELONE MCLEAN (2003)

DeLone and McLean (2003) have updated their information systems success model. They added service quality and net benefit. Many researches validated its model, but they concerned on voluntary systems. The difference in this research with the prior research is the comparison of inducement between tas...

They added service quality and net benefit. Many researches validated its model, but they concerned on voluntary systems. The difference in this research with the prior research is the comparison of inducement between task-technology fit and person-job fit into the DeLone McLean Model. This paper aims to examine which one between two research models that matched used on mandatory system. The research object took place on Gadjah Mada University (UGM). Structural equation modeling techniques were applied data collected by questionnaire from 304 users of SIMKEU (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan) in UGM. The result showed inducing task-technology fit on DeLone McLean model (2003) was stronger relationship than inducing person-job fit on DeLone McLean model (2003). Our findings provide a number of useful implications for research and practice. The implication for research is this model becomes alternative for measuring information systems success on mandatory systems. The implication for practice is the management (public sector) can improve users soft skill for maximizing the usage of information systems.
