Summary: | This study investigates the factors of service quality information system
Direktorat Akademik Universitas Gadjah Mada that affects the user satisfaction of
information systems services. In this study, there are six factors of service quality
information system that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance,
empathy, and aesthetic. Furthermore, this study also examined whether the
factors of service quality information system is more influenced towards service
user satisfaction of information systems.
This studi conclude that tangible, assurance, empathy, and aesthetic are
influence positively on user satisfaction significantly. However, information
system service quality factor are reliability and responsiveness not significantly
influence user satisfaction. This research suggest that companies with the high
quality level of information system service quality, then the user satisfaction of
information systems service will also be high. |
