Summary:Clean water source conservation needs to be done, because it is expected that clean water source will get scarce over the year. Water usage in big scale building needs to put concern on regarding clean water source. At this time, there are many efforts done on big scale building for the water needs of the building itself, from water consumption saving, low energy tools utilization, until conducting water treatment before disposed to environment. The water consumption saving will be analysed on Hotel Novotel. System design will also be conducted which is utilizing the result of water consumption (Greywater) on the building, some waste water of the building will be reused for the needs of flushing toilet, and some other will be disposed to city wastewater line. Not only water consumption saving, the purpose of this research is also to design in accordance with Greenship rating tools in accordance with green building parameter which is developed by GBCI (Green Building Council Indonesia). The final purpose of this calculation and design is to present the technical guidance for the WAC category. From the calculation conducted, the total greywater used on the scenario on the hotel guests of 139, 299, and 371 people can fulfill the flushing toilet needs for 36,5%, 82,63%, and 99% concecutively. On the most guests number condition which is about 371 guests a day, the clean water usage reduction can reach the number of 27,70% from the initial needs.
