Summary: | This research aimed to observe a role of quality of work life (QWL) and job satisfaction
toward organizational commitment to employees. The datas was obtained from 120 employees
of a private company in Jakarta. In this research the sampling was carried out by using a
method of questionnaire scale. The data analysis technique used an analysis technique of
multiple regression. The reseacrh result obtained showed that there is a role between quality of
work life and job satisfaction toward organizational commitment. There was no difference of
organizational commitment with age, sex, education level and work period of employees. The
quality of work life has an effective contribution for 22,5% to the organizational commitment,
job satifaction has an effective contribution of 8,18% for the organizational commitment. |
