As an effort to increase the employee�s affective commitment in order to obtain a good performance, we need an effective method, which one of it is through storytelling. Tenure factor affects the level of affective commitment on organization. Thus, tenure was controlled as a covariate variable. The aim of this research was to determine the extent to which affective commitment could be increased through the storytelling method about organization success stories. This research used a quasi-experiment method with pretest-posttest control group design which then analyzed with anacova and anava mixed design technique. The subject of this research was regular employees with minimum tenure of 3 years. This research involves 56 employees who are divided into two groups, namely, experiment group which consists of 28 persons and control group which consists of 30 persons. Experiment group was told about organization success stories through storytelling method, whereas the control group was not. The level of affective commitment was measured by affective 2 commitment scale. The measurement was conducted before and after the storytelling.
