Summary:Bullying still frequently occurs among children and teenagers in Jogjakarta. Previous study on 739 students of public senior high schools in Jogjakarta shows that 396 students (54%) confessed that they had seen bullying behaviors in school, while 100 students (13%) believed that they had become the victims of such behavior. This reveals that both physical and psychological threads are still happening in schools but treatment programs by adults are still considered insufficient to solve this problem. Teens usually have a very strong attachment to their peers, thus peer approach needs to be developed in order to solve bullying problems in school. This research aims to test an anti-bullying program namely �Rembug Sahabat� for enhancing bullying�s knowledge and facilitator�s skill by utilizing group discussion. Subject were 18 public high school students, 9 studets as the experimental group and 9 others as a control group. The design used are untreated group with pretest and posttest design. Quantitative data was analyzed by using Anava Mixed Design. The result is significantly change in experiment group: Mean Difference=- 3.556
