Summary: | The aim of this study was to examine the factors that determine the success of e-Government services through a public perception on user satisfaction and intention to reuse the e-Government services in Indonesia. Object of this study is citizens who use e-Government services to transact with the government.
Data were collected using questionnaires via online survey, distributed to citizens who actually use one of eight e-Government sites are most frequently accessed Indonesian society. 203 Data was compiled and analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesis with the help of application Lisrel 8.80.
The results of this study indicate that dimensions of system quality has no effect on user satisfaction and intention to reuse, while dimensions of information and service quality has positive effect on user satisfaction but has no effect on the intention of reuse, except accuracy and empathy dimensions. It is important to consider dimensions of dependability and functionality improvements to increase system quality, as well as optimizing empathy and accuracy dimensions to improve information and services quality for e-Government website in Indonesia. Finally, the findings in this study are expected to provide helpful guidelines to both practitioners and researchers |
