The urgency is to find managerial activities that can be a benchmark to any e-commerce development in near future. The method of this research is case study with a qualitative approach. Zonaniaga.com has been known as a webstore that provides women beauty needs such as, fashion, cosmetics, medicine etc. The people behind this webstore have been carefully selected to contribute as research objects. They are consisting of Owner, Manager, Web Designer, and staffs. This research also provide a brief history of internet and its emerging as a giant network that influence human activity in commerce. Descriptive qualitative data analysis has been used to process data because considered relevant to answer research main question.
