Then, it explains one of the promotional ideas of Jogjavanesia Craft Shop: Facebook. Facebook influences the sales of Jogjavanesia Craft�s products. Therefore, in this graduating paper will also be explored about the effectiveness facebook in increasing the sales. Besides, the explanations about the way of Jogjavanesia Craft�s owner handles the online order also become the objectives of this paper. For collecting data of this research, the writer uses two methods: library research and field study. In library research, the writer reads several books and articles from the internet which are related to the object of this research. For field study, the writer interviews the owner of Jogjavanesia Craft. Besides, the writer also use Facebook account of Jogjavanesia Craft to analyze what the features on facebook profile that utilized by Jogjavanesia Craft to promote its products is In conclusion, from all application offered by Facebook, Jogjavanesia chooses to use Facebook profile in promoting its products. It is caused that facebook profile is easy to manage and handle. The owner also utilizes all of features on the Facebook Profile. In handling online order, Jogjavanesia use principle of trust and also it utilizes some medias like live chat on Facebook, phone, short text message, and blackberry messenger to make easy the customer in ordering products. These promotional idea can increase the sales of Jogjavanesia�s products.
