| Summary: | Pawnshops Serang is one of the credit institutions under the lien law, the ease
and simplicity of mortgage loans in the procedure is needed by the
community. Serang current mortgage loans not only provide a consumptive nature,
but also give credit by providing perduktif are working capital loans through the
creation and crest to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
In this study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. While
the data source in this study is that all the data or the person providing the
information and information relating to research, as for sources of data on
research using primary data and secondary data.
The results showed that the Perum Pegadaian Serang Branch in
providing working capital loans to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
(MSMEs) through two channels namely Creative and Krista, in an effort to help
provide working capital loans to SMEs in the provision of capital in the form of
working capital is Perum Pegadaian Branch Serang good enough, it can be
seen from the amount of credit that was channeled through Credit Creation and
Krista. Also from the survey results to clients researchers also a very good
response on working capital loans given by the Mining Corporation of Serang
Branch, has proved the existence of the business progress of the addition of assets
owned by our customers after obtaining credits Creation and Krista. |
